Stuff the bus!

Have you ever dreamed of a bus full of presents? Well, if you have (and even if you haven't) you can make that happen at the "Stuff the Bus" kickoff on Black Friday.

The South Colonie Central School District has again teamed up with the U.S. Marine Corps to literally stuff school buses full of presents for Toys for Tots for the fifth year.

There are a few ways to get involved.

On Black Friday (Nov. 25) district school buses will be parked outside Joanne Fabrics at Northway Mall, Kohl's Plaza, Toys R Us on Wolf Road and K-Mart on Central Avenue. Shoppers can drop off presents and volunteers will load them into the buses from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.

If you're not braving the masses on Black Friday, district students can bring new, unwrapped gifts to school on select dates:

Lisha Kill: Between Monday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Dec. 2 Forest Park: Tuesday, Nov. 29 Saddlewood: Wednesday, Nov. 30 Roessleville: Thursday, Dec. 1 Veeder: Friday, Dec. 2 Shaker Road: Monday, Dec. 5 Sand Creek: Wednesday, Dec. 7

If you're still looking for ways to donate, there two other non-Black Friday collection dates: Saturday, Dec. 3 and 10 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Toys R Us on Wolf Road.

Will you be helping out Toys for Tots this holiday season?
