    * LOCATIONS...CENTRAL MOHAWK VALLEY...HELDERBERGS...SCHOHARIE
    VALLEY...SARATOGA GLENS FALLS AREAS...THE NORTHERN BERKSHIRES
    AND SOUTHERN VERMONT.
    * HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY SNOW....MIXED WITH SLEET AND FREEZING
    RAIN.
    * MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATES...ONE INCH PER HOUR POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY
    AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
    * TIMING...SNOW WILL BEGIN EARLY IN THE DAY ON WEDNESDAY. THE
    SNOW WILL MIX WITH RAIN...SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN. MIXED
    PRECIPITATION WILL CHANGE BACK TO SNOW WEDNESDAY EVENING THEN
    CONTINUE INTO THE NIGHT.
    * SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATIONS...7 OR MORE INCHES POSSIBLE.
    * ICE ACCUMULATIONS...UP TO TWO TENTHS OF AN INCH POSSIBLE.
    * IMPACTS...SNOW AND ICE COVERED ROADS AND LOW VISIBILITY WILL
    MAKE FOR POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS TRAVEL.
    * WINDS...NORTHEAST WINDS INCREASING TO 10 TO 20 MPH DURING THE
    DAY...THEN SHIFTING TO THE NORTHWEST AT NIGHT. GUSTS UP TO 30
    MPH POSSIBLE.
    * TEMPERATURES...HIGHS IN THE MID TO UPPER 30S...FALLING TO THE
    TEENS AND SINGLE DIGITS LATE AT NIGHT.
