The missing female, Charlotte Seim, is a resident of the Massry Center at the Daughters of Sarah Nursing Home at 1082 Washington Ave. Ext. She was dropped off at Colonie Center with other residents at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 30. Police said she was found by a family member at the K-Mart at 1860 Central Ave. She was uninjured and brought back home.

Seim is described as a white female, 76, 5’6”, 170 pounds with grey hair, blue eyes and uses a metal cane. She was last seen wearing a brown coat with a hood.
